Our sessions include: • Learning about food freedom and your motivations behind wellness • Tapping in and listening to what your body is asking for • Evaluating your triggers and digging deeper • Slowing down and connecting Throughout our sessions together, we will dig deep and jumpstart your healthy habits to set you on the path you deeply desire for yourself. We will implement small changes over time to help you reach your goals, which is far more beneficial than trying to do it all at once. As a Health Coach, I am your advocate. Together, we create a personalized plan of action that is realistic and achievable for you. Your goals will come into reality with guidance to implement changes that work with your lifestyle. COURSE SYLLABUS:

  1. Module 1 : Eating With Intention Session 1

    Using food to meet emotional needs, as opposed to nourishing your physical hunger, is considered emotional eating.  
     
    Learn several ways to train yourself to combat these emotions.

  2. Module 2 : Eating With Intention Session 2

    Learning to listen to what your body is actually asking you for, as opposed to eating out of habit, ritual or emotions can take a lot of time or practice.  With Session 2 you will learn ways to listen to your own body for guidance.

  3. Module 3 : Eating With Intention Session 3

    Knowing your triggers for making unhealthy decisions is an important step in changing your habits. Discover these individual triggers in Session 3

  4. Module 4 : Eating With Intention Session 4

    Making healthy food choices is incredibly important — making it a priority to be mindful of the state of your mindset each time you eat is equally important.  Session 4 is all about mindful eating.
